I'm back!!

Hello very few people that read these posts!

I'm back on blogger as you can see and I am going to make a real effort from now on to do frequent posts on here and actively try to get my blog out there. :) Awhile ago I said I'd started a youtube channel, but I haven't posted on their for a long time and probably won't be, I think I am much better suited to writing my thoughts than talking about them infront of a camera. So here I am and here I shall try to stay, it has been very hectic recently, but I guess it always will be with uni coming up and exams and of course xmas in the very near future! I will also be posting more on writing sites such as Movellas and Wattpad, to try and get you guys to read my writing and read other peoples! :Dd So yeah, hope to see you guys around! :D

My blog--Lucy's tip of the day

Reading back over my blog is like reading a slightly strange, sometimes amusing diary... But anyway, thought I'd share a little of my some what small knowledge of writing with "LUCY'S TIP OF THE DAY!" Yes it's very exciting, so here it is...
1. Read it out loud- I know it sounds funny, but it really helps me get a sense of the flow of my writing and helps me spot any silly mistakes, or just if it doesn't sound right. Try it!

Face Masks and Writers Block

So I'm sat here on a Sunday night, needing to do some revision on sociology but also really wanting to write some more of my novel in a pomegranate face mask and crippled by writers block! Any tips please!? xxx

At The Edge Of The World...

A little poem I wrote :) feedback would be much appreciated. :D

At the edge of the world, the furthest point to go

How would you get there? Walk, run, row?

When you arrive, what will you see?

Swirling, whirling clouds of space and me

I'll wait for you there, right on the edge

Leaning over threatening to jump off the ledge

Until I see you, come to rescue me

together forever, this is how we are meant to be.

In your arms, we would watch the sun set

Entwined together, like when we first met

Once again you'd pull me back from the brink

You're my savior, my missing link

And we would sit there curled

together, at the edge of the world.
